1. Water 1 cup
2. Uncooked short-grain white rice ½ cup
3. Rice wine vinegar ¼ cup
4. Pickled ginger, with juice 2 tablespoons
5. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
6. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
7. White sugar 1 tablespoon
8. Wasabi powder, or to taste 2 teaspoons
9. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
10. Shredded imitation crabmeat 2 cups
11. Avocado, cubed 1
12. English cucumber, cut into 1-inch strips ½
13. Nori, crumbled 3 sheets

How to cook deliciously - California Roll Sushi Salad

1 . Stage

Bring water and rice to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool, about 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir rice wine vinegar, pickled ginger juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, wasabi powder, and sesame oil together in a bowl. Pour over cooled rice; mix to coat and break up clumps.

3 . Stage

Dice pickled ginger. Fold ginger, crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, and nori gently into rice. Chill until serving.
