2. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
3. All-purpose flour 2 cups
4. Eggs 2
5. Crushed pineapple with juice 1 (20 ounce) can
6. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
7. Flaked coconut ¾ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.

3 . Stage

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
