1. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
2. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
3. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
4. Eggs - 2
5. Crushed pineapple with juice - 1 (20 ounce) can
6. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
7. Flaked coconut - ¾ cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.

3. Stage

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
