4. Lemon, halved - 1
5. Celery, sliced - 2 stalks
6. Onion, chopped - 1 small
7. Carrots, sliced, or more to taste - 2
8. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cups
