How to cook deliciously - Spring Dessert
1. Stage
Prepare the gelatin solution according to the instructions on the package. I poured hot water over the gelatin and heated it over low heat, stirring constantly until the granules are completely dissolved.

For the white layer: in 200 ml of kefir add 1 tsp. sugar (or more, as you like), half of the hot gelatin solution and stir everything well. I whipped in a blender for 10 seconds. If you like very sweet desserts, add sugar to your liking! I don't take sugar in my tea or coffee. With the amount of sugar indicated in the recipe, the dessert is not sweet at all.
3. Stage
For the pink layer: whip in a blender (10 seconds) 200 ml of kefir with cherries and 1 tsp. sugar (or to your liking).

Then add to this mass the other half of the hot gelatin solution - stir with a spoon or beat in a blender for 10 seconds.

Now put the dessert in layers in the molds: I did so - a layer of white.

Then a layer of pink.

So layers fill the molds, the top can be decorated with berries and put in the refrigerator until the jelly solidifies.

I made dessert in the evening, it was ready in the morning.
