Ingredients for - Cranberry Salad

1. Cranberries - 2 cups
2. Orange, cut into small pieces - 1 large
3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Chopped celery - 1 cup
5. Finely chopped walnuts - 1 cup
6. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 cup
7. Raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix - 1 (3 ounce) package
8. Hot water - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Salad

1. Stage

Place cranberries, orange (including rind), and sugar in a food processor. Process together until the cranberries and orange are roughly ground and well combined with sugar. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in celery, walnuts, and pineapple until thoroughly mixed.

2. Stage

Place gelatin in a bowl and pour hot water over top (don't let stand). Whisk together to dissolve. Pour gelatin over the cranberry mixture. Stir to combine.

3. Stage

Pour into the mold of your choice and chill until you are ready to serve.
