Ingredients for - Garlicky Potatoes

1. Chicken broth - 2 quarts
2. Potatoes, peeled and quartered - 5 pounds
3. Garlic, chopped - 5 cloves
4. Heavy cream - 1 cup
5. Sour cream - ½ cup
6. Chopped fresh chives - 3 tablespoons
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Melted butter - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Potatoes

1. Stage

Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain, reserving broth.

2. Stage

Stir in garlic, cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons broth; mash until creamy. Blend in sour cream, chives, salt and butter. Heat through and serve.
