Ingredients for - Garlicky Potatoes

1. Chicken broth 2 quarts
2. Potatoes, peeled and quartered 5 pounds
3. Garlic, chopped 5 cloves
4. Heavy cream 1 cup
5. Sour cream ½ cup
6. Chopped fresh chives 3 tablespoons
7. Salt ½ teaspoon
8. Melted butter ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Potatoes

1 . Stage

Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain, reserving broth.

2 . Stage

Stir in garlic, cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons broth; mash until creamy. Blend in sour cream, chives, salt and butter. Heat through and serve.
