4. Seeded and sliced cucumber - 1 cup
5. Extra virgin olive oil - ½ cup
6. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh dill - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. White sugar - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Summer Radish Salad

1. Stage

Toss radishes with salt; let stand for about 10 minutes. Drain any liquid and transfer radishes to a large bowl; add red onion and cucumber slices.
