3. Sliced red onion 1 cup
4. Seeded and sliced cucumber 1 cup
5. Extra virgin olive oil ½ cup
6. White wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh dill 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced 1 clove
9. White sugar ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Summer Radish Salad

1 . Stage

Toss radishes with salt; let stand for about 10 minutes. Drain any liquid and transfer radishes to a large bowl; add red onion and cucumber slices.
