How to cook deliciously - Adjika Nothing too much
1. Stage
Peel, wash, and prepare the vegetables. Remove only the stalk of hot peppers (do not touch the seed box!). Weigh.
2. Stage
We twist the tomatoes on a meat grinder and put to boil. As boiling - turn down the heat and cook for 40 minutes (should thicken), not forgetting to stir occasionally.

While the tomato is boiling, we roll: hot peppers, bell peppers, garlic. After time, combine with tomato, salt! Cook for another 20-30 minutes, stirring.
4. Stage
Add parsley, mix well, and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
5. Stage
Turn off the gas to very slow (so that it does not cool) and pour into sterile jars. Roll up, turn the lid down and wrap until completely cooled. Store at room temperature.
