3. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup
4. Lemon juice - ¼ cup

7. Tomatoes, cut in wedges - 6 large
8. Red onion, diced - 1 large
9. Black olives - ½ cup
10. Fresh basil - ½ cup
11. Shaved Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread bread cubes over a baking sheet.
