Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Coarsely grind the pepper, add the rosemary and cumin crushed in your fingers. Salt the spices, add sugar and mix well.

Wash the pork flesh and dry it well with a napkin. Make punctures with a narrow knife in a staggered pattern and pierce the meat with garlic, pre-dipping each piece in herbs. Rub the pork on all sides with the rest of the spices and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
3. Stage
Heat a grill pan, lightly oil it, and quickly grill the pork until brown on both sides. This is done more for beauty, well, and for a slight flavor of roast.
4. Stage
Place the meat on the grate of the steamer. If you will cook simply on the stove, then pour kvass into the pot, add a little water and cook on the leavened steam. And if in a steamer, then kvass to pour in a tray to drain liquids-slightly. Cook for half an hour, after which pierce the meat and check the juice flowing out. If it is transparent, turn off and cool slightly without taking out of the steamer.
