1. Raisins ½ cup
2. Pineapple tidbits, drained 2 cups
3. Carrots, grated 1 pound
4. Pineapple yogurt 1 cup
5. White sugar 2 tablespoons
6. Salt ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Carrot Salad

1 . Stage

Soak raisins in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain and dry.

2 . Stage

In a mixing bowl, combine the raisins, pineapple and carrots.

3 . Stage

Mix together the yogurt, sugar and salt. Add to carrot mixture; mix well, cover and refrigerate.
