1. Raisins - ½ cup
2. Pineapple tidbits, drained - 2 cups
3. Carrots, grated - 1 pound
4. Pineapple yogurt - 1 cup
5. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Carrot Salad

1. Stage

Soak raisins in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain and dry.

2. Stage

In a mixing bowl, combine the raisins, pineapple and carrots.

3. Stage

Mix together the yogurt, sugar and salt. Add to carrot mixture; mix well, cover and refrigerate.
