4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Shredded unsweetened coconut - 2 cups
8. Whole wheat flour - 1 ½ cups
9. Rolled oats - 1 cup
10. Dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
11. Chopped unsalted almonds - 1 cup
12. Plain Greek yogurt (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat brown sugar, vegetable oil butter spread, and egg with an electric mixer in a bowl until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Add coconut, flour, and oats; stir until just moistened. Fold in chocolate chips, almonds, and yogurt.
