1. Collard greens 2 bunches
2. Mustard greens 2 bunches
3. Turnip greens 2 bunches
4. Chicken broth, divided 4 cups
5. Salt 3 tablespoons
6. Vegetable oil ½ cup

8. White sugar ½ cup

1 . Stage

Remove leaves from collard, mustard, and turnip greens; discard stems. Gently wash leaves in warm water to remove all soil and sand.
