Ingredients for - Fried pork

1. Pork - 500 gram
2. Potato starch - 2 tbsp
3. Water - 4 tbsp
4. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
5. Vegetable oil - for frying
6. Black pepper - taste
7. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Fried pork

1. Stage

Dilute starch in cold water and add soy sauce.

2. Stage

Cut the meat into small pieces, salt and pepper to taste and fill with starch. Pickle for half an hour.

Fry the pork in vegetable oil until tender, about 20 minutes.
