How to cook deliciously - Sausage muffin with pickles

1 . Stage

Mix flour with quick-acting yeast, salt, and sugar.

2 . Stage

Mix the warm milk, one egg and 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl. Add to the flour mixture. Knead into a soft, elastic dough.

3 . Stage

Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume (40-60 minutes).

4 . Stage

Cut the sausage (any sausage of your choice, I have boiled sausage) into small cubes.

5 . Stage

Chop the pickles also finely (if the cucumbers are small, then increase the amount to 3 pcs.).

6 . Stage

Grate cheese on a coarse grater (mozzarella for pizza works very well here)

7 . Stage

Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix 1 tbsp. of tomato paste, 1 tbsp. of chili sauce, 1 tbsp. of soy sauce. Of course, you can skip this step and replace the sauce with your favorite ketchup... but if you want, try it - it's a good combination))

8 . Stage

Add the sausage, cucumbers and garlic, chopped with a fine grater, to the risen dough and knead the dough with our additions (you will need about 2 tablespoons of flour), sprinkling it with flour.

9 . Stage

Grease your hands with butter and form the dough into balls the size of walnuts. Put all the balls in a bowl, add the sauce, cheese and literally in a couple of movements stir everything to prevent the balls from sticking together, but even if some still have time - it will not affect the taste))

10 . Stage

Spread the resulting mass in a greased muffin tin and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.

11 . Stage

Let the finished muffin stand for a couple of minutes, use a spatula to run it around the edges and turn the muffin form upside down onto a plate...
