1. Ham - 7 ½ pounds
2. Ground pork - 6 pounds
3. Eggs - 10
4. Oatmeal - 5 cups
5. Milk - 5 cups
6. Brown sugar - 3 cups
7. Water - 1 ½ cups
8. White vinegar - 1 ½ cups
9. Prepared yellow mustard - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Funeral Ham Loaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Chop ham in the bowl of a food processor.

3. Stage

Combine chopped ham, pork, eggs, oatmeal, and milk in a large bowl. Let sit, 3 hours to overnight.

Shape into loaves and place in a large baking dish or loaf pans.

Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar, and mustard for sauce in a bowl. Pour over loaves.

6. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
