1. Chopped kimchi - 2 cups
2. Kimchi juice - 2 cups
3. Pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces - ½ pound
4. Hot pepper paste - 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
6. Water - 5 cups
7. Tofu, cut into bite-sized pieces - 1 (14 ounce) package
8. Green onions, chopped (Optional) - 2

How to cook deliciously - Pork and Kimchi Soup

1. Stage

Combine kimchi, kimchi juice, pork, hot pepper paste, and sugar in a large pot. Pour in water and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 30 minutes.

Add tofu and reduce heat to medium-low; cook until heated through, about 10 minutes. Add green onions and remove soup from heat.
