4. All-purpose flour - 5 tablespoons
5. Parmesan cheese - 4 tablespoons
6. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
8. Oil for frying - ¼ teaspoon
9. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - 1 pinch
11. Sour cream, for topping - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Combine zucchini and salt in a bowl and stir to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes. Pour mixture onto a clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeeze to drain completely.
