4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
6. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Milk - 2 ½ cups
9. Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained, and squeezed dry - 3 (10 ounce) packages
10. Half-and-half - ½ cup

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion, bacon, and garlic until bacon is crisp, 5 to 7 minutes.
