Ingredients for - Hummingbird Cake IV

1. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
2. White sugar - 2 cups
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
6. Vegetable oil - 1 ¼ cups
7. Eggs - 3
8. Crushed pineapple with juice - 1 (8 ounce) can
9. Vanilla extract - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Chopped pecans - ¾ cup
11. Chopped black walnuts - ¼ cup
12. Mashed bananas - ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hummingbird Cake IV

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

2. Stage

Combine the flour, sugar, salt, ground cinnamon and baking soda. Add the oil and well-beaten eggs, stir by hand, until moistened. Stir in the vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.

3. Stage

Spoon batter into the prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes. Then turn out onto racks to cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
