1. Vegetable oil for frying - 1 cup
2. Water - ½ cup
3. All-purpose flour - ⅔ cup
4. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
7. Baking soda - 2 pinches

How to cook deliciously - Pakora for Punjabi Kadhi

1. Stage

Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a heavy saucepan or a deep fryer.

2. Stage

Combine water, flour, onion, salt, chili powder, and baking soda in a bowl to make a thick batter.
