Ingredients for - Pickled Sea Bass

1. Sea bass - 500 gram
2. Lemon juice - 2 PC.
3. Salt - 1 Tsp
4. Chilli - 2 PC.
5. Garlic - 1 clove
6. Grapefruit - 2 PC.
7. Fennel - 2 head
8. Mint - 20 gram
9. Olive oil - 20 gram

How to cook deliciously - Pickled Sea Bass

1. Stage

Cut the fish into strips. Combine lemon juice, salt, chopped pepper and garlic.

2. Stage

Peel the grapefruit. Mix fish with lemon juice, grapefruit, chopped fennel, add mint leaves, mix well and leave for 3 minutes. Shave with olive oil before serving.
