Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Lamb Stew

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Cubed lamb stew meat - 1 pound
3. Onion, sliced into petals - 1 large
4. Red potatoes, cut into large cubes - 1 pound
5. Carrots, sliced - 2 large
6. Celery, sliced - 2 stalks
7. Fresh button mushrooms, sliced - 4
8. Beef broth - 2 cups
9. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
10. Beer - ½ cup
11. Worcestershire sauce - 3 tablespoons
12. Large sprig fresh rosemary - 1
13. Salt and pepper to taste - 1
14. Frozen peas - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Lamb Stew

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb and onions; cook and stir until lamb is browned and onions are starting to soften, about 5 minutes. Transfer lamb mixture to a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, beer, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cover.

3. Stage

Cook on High for 7 hours. Add peas and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
