1. Unsalted butter, softened ½ cup
2. Truffle oil 2 teaspoons
3. Truffle, thinly shaved ⅛
4. Sea salt to taste ⅛
5. New York strip steaks 4 (6 ounce)
6. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste 4 (6 ounce)
7. Olive oil 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Steaks with Truffle Butter

1 . Stage

Make the truffle butter: Mix butter, truffle oil, shaved truffle, and sea salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to cook the steaks, place a baking pan in the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Season steaks with sea salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add steaks, working in batches if necessary, and sear until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
