How to cook deliciously - Pangasius baked under a pepper coat
1. Stage
Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil into the mold, salt and pepper it with a mixture of peppers, add oregano.
2. Stage
Place the pangasius fillets in a mold, flip a couple or three times, brushing with oil and spices.
3. Stage
Place the roasted peppers, parsley, chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. olive oil in the bowl of a food processor with the chopper attachment.
4. Stage
Grind for about 10-15 seconds. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Stage
Place the pepper mixture on the fish.
6. Stage
In the bowl of a food processor (do not wash) put coarsely sliced bread, chopped garlic clove and a pinch of hot pepper.
7. Stage
Grind into a crumb.
8. Stage
Place the crumbs on the fish.
9. Stage
Bake in the oven at 190*C for about 25-30 minutes until crispy.
