1. Whole wheat bread - 2 slices
2. Cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
3. Creamy goat cheese (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
4. Smoked salmon - 2 slices
5. Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried dill, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Shredded lettuce - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Salmon Sandwich

1. Stage

Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.

2. Stage

Spread cream cheese and goat cheese on 1 slice of toast. Add smoked salmon on top. Add olive oil, dill, and black pepper. Cover with lettuce and top with the other slice of toast.
