2. Butter - 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, finely minced - 3 cloves
4. Jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed, minced - 1
5. Zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced - 2
6. Yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks - 1
7. Red bell pepper, cut into chunks - 1
8. Shallot, sliced - 1
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
11. Paprika - 1 pinch
