3. Garlic, finely minced 3 cloves
4. Jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed, minced 1
5. Zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 2
6. Yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks 1
7. Red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1
8. Shallot, sliced 1
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon
11. Paprika 1 pinch

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and jalapeño; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes.
