Ingredients for - Tuna Tacos

1. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Butter (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
3. Tomatoes, diced - 2 small
4. Onion, diced - 1 small
5. Crushed garlic - ½ teaspoon
6. Tuna, drained - 2 (5 ounce) cans
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
9. Eggs - 2
10. Finely chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
11. Corn tortillas, warmed - 8 (6 inch)
12. Avocado, thinly sliced - 1 large
13. Limes, cut into eighths - 2
14. Hot sauce, or to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Tacos

1. Stage

Heat oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Saute until tomatoes release all their juices, about 3 minutes. Add tuna, salt, and cumin. Saute for 1 minute. Stir in eggs and cilantro; cook until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Spoon 3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto each corn tortilla. Top each with a slice of avocado, lime juice, and hot sauce.
