1. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
2. Carrots, chopped - 4 large
3. Sweet onion, diced - 1 large
4. Russet potato, peeled and diced - 1 large
5. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1
6. Pitted Kalamata olives, sliced - ½ cup
7. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
8. Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons
9. Tomatoes, coarsely chopped - 2 large
10. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup
11. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
13. Seasoned salt - 2 teaspoons
14. Sazon seasoning with saffron (such as Goya® Azafran) - 1 (1.41 ounce) package
15. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
16. Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
17. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
18. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - One-Pot Moroccan Shrimp Tagine

1. Stage

Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Saute carrots, onion, potato, and bell pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Add olives, garlic, and ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, cumin, seasoned salt, sazon, paprika, turmeric, lemon juice, cayenne, black pepper, and bay leaf. Cover and cook until tomatoes have broken down and flavors have combined, about 20 minutes. Add shrimp, cover, and cook until they are bright pink, about 5 minutes.
