1. Celery, chopped - 10 stalks
2. Carrots, chopped - 5
3. Onions, chopped - 3
4. Green bell peppers, diced - 2
5. Cabbage, chopped - 1 large head
6. Cut green beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Tomato juice - 2 quarts
8. Whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid - 2 (16 ounce) cans
9. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
10. Cold water, to cover - 1 (14 ounce) can
11. Dry onion soup mix - 1 (1 ounce) envelope

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

1. Stage

Place celery, carrots, onions, cabbage, bell peppers, and green beans in a large soup pot.

2. Stage

Add tomato juice, tomatoes, beef broth, and enough water to cover vegetables; add onion soup mix and stir to combine. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes. Melissa Goff
