1. Beef chuck roast - 1 (4 pound)
2. Water - 2 (10.5 ounce) cans
3. Beef broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
4. French onion soup (such as Campbell's ®) - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
5. Reduced-sodium soy sauce - ⅔ cup
6. Worcestershire sauce - ⅓ cup
7. Bay leaves, or more to taste - 3
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
9. Dried rosemary - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Combine chuck roast, water, beef broth, onion soup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, garlic, and rosemary in a slow cooker.
