2. Stewed tomatoes, undrained - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
3. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut up - 1 pound
4. Reduced-sodium chicken broth - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Green sweet pepper, chopped - 1
6. Onion, chopped - 1 large
7. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
8. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
9. Cajun seasoning - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
11. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12. Fresh or frozen medium shrimp (thawed if frozen), peeled and deveined - 1 pound
13. Hot cooked white or brown rice - 4 cups

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Chicken Gumbo with Shrimp

1. Stage

Line a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with Reynolds slow cooker liner.

Place tomatoes, chicken, broth, green pepper, onion, celery, garlic, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper into the prepared slow cooker. Stir gently with a wooden spoon or rubber scraper to combine.
