1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
3. Onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
4. Celery, sliced thin - 1 stalk
5. Green bell pepper, minced - 1 medium
6. Diced tomatoes - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
7. Bay leaf - 1 large
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Creole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender (about 4 minutes). Add tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook the sauce 3 minutes longer, stirring often.

Arrange chicken breasts in an 8x11-inch baking dish. Pour the Creole sauce over chicken.
