1. Tomato juice - 9 fluid ounces
2. Prepared horseradish - 1 teaspoon
3. Freshly ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
4. Vodka - 12 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers
5. Shucked oysters - 12
6. Lemon - cut into wedges, for garnish - 1

How to cook deliciously - Oyster Shooters

1. Stage

Mix tomato juice, horseradish, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.

2. Stage

Pour 1/2 shot of tomato juice mixture into 12 small glasses. Add a shot of vodka to each glass. Place 1 raw oyster in each glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
