1. 1 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced -
2. 4 tbsp. soy sauce -
3. 2 tbsp. white wine -
4. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
5. 4 tbsp. sugar, divided -
6. 5 green onions, sliced and divided -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced -
9. 1 small carrot, peeled and thinly sliced -
10. Kosher salt -
11. 1 tbsp. white vinegar -
12. 4 c. cooked white rice, warmed -

How to cook deliciously - Korean BBQ Rice Bowl

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together steak, soy sauce, white wine, garlic, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 green onions, and pepper, then set aside to marinade.

2. Stage

Heat broiler. Line a sheet pan with foil and arrange marinated steak in an even layer. Broil until meat is slightly charred, 5 to 7 minutes.

Divide rice, steak, and cucumber salad among four bowls. (For extra flavor, pour leftover pan drippings over white rice!)
