1. Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped, or to taste - 6
2. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
3. Sliced peaches, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Dark molasses - ¼ cup
5. Honey - ¼ cup
6. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
7. Distilled white vinegar - 1 cup
8. Spicy brown mustard (such as Gulden's®) - 2 tablespoons
9. Paprika - 2 tablespoons
10. Kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
11. Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
12. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
13. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
14. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
15. Ground allspice - ½ teaspoon
16. Liquid smoke flavoring - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Habanero Sauce

1. Stage

Place the habanero peppers and garlic into a blender. Puree until the peppers are finely chopped. Add the peaches, molasses, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, allspice, and liquid smoke. Continue to puree until smooth.
