Ingredients for - Green Avocado Salsa

1. Water - ⅓ cup
2. Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
3. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
5. Fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded, deveined, and finely minced - 4 medium
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 cup
7. Avocado, peeled and pitted - 1
8. Tomatillos, husked and chopped - ½ pound

1. Stage

Place the water, pepper, onion, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, avocado, and tomatillos in a blender, or the bowl of a food processor. Puree or process to desired consistency, adding more water as needed. Serve immediately.
