Ingredients for - Marinated Skirt Steak Tacos
1. 2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
2. 1/3 c. soy sauce -
9. 2 lb. skirt steak -
10. Corn or flour tortillas, for serving -
11. Salsa, for serving -
12. Cheese, for serving -
14. 1 Spanish onion, diced, for serving -
15. Cilantro, for serving -
How to cook deliciously - Marinated Skirt Steak Tacos
1. Stage
Blend scallions, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and brown sugar in blender. Pour into plastic Ziplock bag with steak and let marinate overnight or at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
2. Stage
Grill steak to desired doneness. Serve on corn or flour tortillas or Boston lettuce leaves. Top with salsa, cheese and sour cream. I like just onions and cilantro!
