1. 2 sub rolls, halved lengthwise -
2. 1 tbsp. olive oil -
3. 1 lb. ground beef -
4. 2/3 c. crushed cornflakes -
5. 1/4 c. ketchup, divided -
6. 1/2 small yellow onion, minced -
7. 1 large egg -
8. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
9. 1 clove garlic, minced -
10. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano -
11. Kosher salt -
12. Freshly ground black pepper -
13. 2 c. shredded Cheddar -

How to cook deliciously - Longboy Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place rolls cut side-up on prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake until lightly toasted and golden, 4 to 5 minutes.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cornflakes, 3 tablespoons ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and mix until just combined. 

3. Stage

Top toasted rolls with meat mixture, making sure to reach the edges of the bread. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon ketchup and bake until meat is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. 

4. Stage

Top with cheddar and bake until cheese is just melted. Serve warm.
