6. Honey - 2 tablespoons
7. Freshly grated orange zest - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Freshly squeezed orange juice - ¼ cup
9. All-purpose flour, divided, or more as needed - 3 ½ cups
10. Kosher salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Cooking spray - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Unsalted butter, softened - ½ cup
13. Light brown sugar - ½ cup
14. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
15. Freshly grated orange zest - 1 ½ teaspoons
16. Cream cheese, softened - 4 ounces
17. Powdered sugar - 1 cup
18. Freshly grated orange zest - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Orange Cinnamon Rolls

1. Stage

Add egg and egg yolk, butter, honey, orange zest, and orange juice to the yeast mixture. Beat on low until combined, about 45 seconds. Add 2 cups flour; beat on low until a wet dough forms, about 1 minute. Turn off mixer; switch to the dough hook attachment. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and salt, beat on medium until dough is soft and elastic, 7 to 10 minutes. 3. Stage
