1. Lean ground beef 1 pound
2. Green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium
3. Onion, chopped 1 medium
4. Celery, sliced 2 stalks
5. Dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Crushed tomatoes 1 (28 ounce) can
7. Cabbage, shredded ½ head
8. Beef broth 2 cups
9. Water 2 cups
10. Beef bouillon 2 cubes
11. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
12. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
13. Salt to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Hamburger Stew with Cabbage

1 . Stage

Crumble ground beef in a large soup pot and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Drain grease. Add bell pepper, onion, and celery. Cook for 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Increase heat to high. Add kidney beans, tomatoes, cabbage, beef broth, water, beef bouillon, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Ladle into bowls and salt to taste.
