Ingredients for - Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

1. Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped - ¼ cup
2. Cream cheese, room temperature - 8 ounces
3. Sour cream - ½ cup
4. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Hot pepper sauce to taste - 2 cloves
7. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper - ¾ teaspoon
9. Fresh basil - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

1. Stage

In a food processor, mix the sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Process until well-blended. Add basil, and continue processing until smooth. Chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
