6. Grated lemon zest - ½ teaspoon
7. Gluten-free all purpose baking flour (such as Pillsbury™) - 1 cup
8. White sugar - 1 cup
9. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
11. Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
12. Egg, beaten - 1
13. Melted coconut butter - ½ cup

1. Stage
