2. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) (Optional) - ¼ cup
3. Fresh spinach, cut into thin strips - 1 bunch
4. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Olive oil, divided - 2 teaspoons
6. Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 2
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
9. Thinly-sliced beef top round steak - 1 pound
10. Large eggs - 4
11. Cooked white rice - 4 cups
12. Toasted sesame oil, divided - 4 teaspoons
13. Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
14. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste), divided (Optional) - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Bibimbap (Korean Rice With Mixed Vegetables)

1. Stage

Stir together cucumber pieces and gochujang paste in a bowl; set aside.

Drain spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible; set spinach aside in a bowl and stir in soy sauce.
