1. Butter - 2 tablespoons
2. Toasted sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
3. Green onions, chopped, white and green parts separated - 3
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
6. Gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste) - 1 tablespoon
7. Reduced-sodium soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
8. Honey - 1 teaspoon
9. Julienned cucumber - ½ cup
10. Julienned carrot - ¼ cup
11. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
12. Butterhead lettuce - 8 leaves
13. Lemon, cut into wedges - 1

How to cook deliciously - Gochujang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

1. Stage

Heat butter and sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Stir in white parts of green onion and garlic; cook until softened and fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook, stirring, until shrimp are opaque, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and honey; toss to coat.

Stir cucumber, carrot, green parts of green onion, and sesame seeds together in a small bowl.
