We take a 24x24cm mold. Cover it with baking paper. And put the dough at once. With our hands we spread it on the bottom of the form. And put it in a preheated oven to 210g for 5 minutes.

Now we make the cream and the filling. Peel the apples and cut them very finely. You can grate them on a grater, then chop them. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour it on the apples.

Now take the soft butter and beat it with the sugar. Gradually add one egg at a time. Do not stop beating at the same time.

Grate the zest.

Add the zest to the butter, almond crumbs and flour. Stir everything together.

We take our cake out of the oven, put an apple on it.

Spoon out the cream. And smooth it out.

Sprinkle almond petals on top. Cover the form with foil. And continue to bake for 20 minutes. At 200g. After 20 minutes open and keep for another 10 minutes until browned.
