Ingredients for - Cannellini Shrimp Salad

1. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
4. Dried cilantro - ¼ teaspoon
5. Dried basil - ¼ teaspoon
6. Dried tarragon - ¼ teaspoon
7. White kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Roma (plum) tomato, diced - 1
9. Red onion, diced - ¼
10. Cooked tiny shrimp - ¾ pound

How to cook deliciously - Cannellini Shrimp Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, cilantro, basil, and tarragon until well blended. You may adjust these seasonings to your personal preference.

In a separate bowl, toss together the beans, tomato, onion, and shrimp. Pour dressing over salad, and toss again to coat.
