2. Leftover pizza, cut into 3/4-inch squares - 3 slices
3. Eggs, beaten - 4
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Chopped onion - ⅓ cup
7. Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - ¼ cup
12. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Leftover Pizza Breakfast Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Arrange pizza squares in the prepared baking dish. Mix eggs, milk, mozzarella cheese, onion, butter, garlic, oregano, and salt together in a large bowl; pour over pizza pieces. Top with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until eggs are set and Parmesan cheese is melted, about 20 more minutes.
