2. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
3. Minced fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Tilapia fillets - 2 (6 ounce)
9. Ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced - 1 large
10. Red bell pepper, diced - ½
11. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - 1
12. Minced red onion - 2 tablespoons
13. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
14. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
15. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
16. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

1. Stage

Prepare the fish: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, black pepper, and salt in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add tilapia fillets, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, make the salsa: Combine mango, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime and lemon juices and toss well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
