1. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Beef round steak, cut into thin strips - 1 pound
5. Green bell peppers, cut into 1/4 inch strips - 2
6. Onions, sliced into rings - 2
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 2
8. Hoagie rolls, split lengthwise and toasted - 4
9. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
10. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

1. Stage

Combine mayonnaise and minced garlic in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté beef until lightly browned. Stir in bell peppers and onions and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender, then remove from heat.
